Dear members
It is with pride that we are able to report that the shavathon held this past Sunday raised R4687-00. To all the members and visitors who donated to this cause, a big thank you. Plenty of fun too with the exotic styles and colours that donors had their hair colored. The club was ably supported by guests Brenda Botha and Dolly Manikum who enthusiastically applied the hair colour and also shaved a few heads. To young Shaneé and her press ganged sister Tanealé a big thank you as well. The team of Kathryn Burger the committee treasurer of the day and Margie Harris who not only dyed her hair but received a magnificent new look after a haircut was appreciated. Also to the club. After a shaky start to the day following labour issues, they all contributed to making the day a huge success Please remember we have the ladies luncheon in March and booking is essential as we only have limited seats available. So book early to avoid disappointment. A little birdy has whispered that the meal is seafood.
